Want a custom shirt design?  Maybe it's for your business?  Maybe your church?  Do you have an event like a block party or family reunion?  Get your custom shirt right here!  We use premium cotton and cotton-blend t-shirts and won't settle for anything less.

How it works:

1. Select the color of shirt you want, be sure that any colors you want printed are not too close to the same color as the shirt.  
2. Upload your shirt design in one of the following formats: .ai, .pdf, .esp, .png - be sure they are set to 300 dpi or they will NOT print correctly.  You can upload up to two files, one for the front and one for the back.
3. Specify where and how large you would like the image(s) (i.e. front: full front/patch on left breast; back: large, between shoulder blades)
4. Wait one to two business days for us to send you a proof or to contact you requesting more information.
5. Once a proof is approved, we begin production.  Typically, production can take 8-15 business days for custom work (proof approval and shipping time not included).  
6. Shirts are shipped!  If you ordered any other customizeable items from our store, they will ship separately unless their production time will be similar to your customized shirts.

Our apparel uses either DTG or DTF printing methods.  Most of the time for custom work, we will use Direct-to-Film (also known as DTF) printing methods.  Here, the design is printed on a transfer film, which we then use our heat press to apply the transfer.  When DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing methods are used, the garment goes through a large printer that applies the design directly to the garment.  DTG methods will normally only be used when we have to outsource our production to a partner due to high demand or you request expedited processing.
