Because we offer certain works on a custom or semi-custom basis, and that we try to represent the Christian community and only support topics that our Lord and Savior support, we reserve the right to refuse any custom work that is considered an abomination or sin in the Holy Bible. These works may include, but are not limited to, obscene images; vulgar language; anything supporting or implying support for homosexuality, transgenderism, etc.; idol/false god worship; killing/murder/abortion; etc.
Tried Silver, LLC reserves the sole right to, at its own discretion, add onto or remove any of the above conditions for refusal of work, and reserves the right to full interpretation of any of the conditions, herein. In the event that, under any circumstance, the above conditions are challenged as Biblical or not, the King James Version Bible shall be the ONLY allowed Bible for the use of interpretation of these conditions.
Churches and other religious organizations that wish to have custom work done or to purchase in bulk and be eligible for discounts and/or sales tax exemptions, shall provide their tax exemption certificate for their state of organization, subject to verification. Failure to provide a W-9 AND tax exemption certificate, or incorrect information thereof, will result in full charges and sales tax being applied to all transactions.
We will NOT under ANY circumstances refuse service to any person solely based on their race, creed, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, or sexual identity.
