Returns Policy
You may return most new, unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, less a restocking fee of 10%. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Customized items, including custom apparel, custom engravings, or any other project where the purchased product has been customized outside of the normal, non-customized appearance, are ineligible for a refund. Exceptions include the item was delivered damaged, an improper design/style/font/logo was printed or engraved, or a major element of the design is missing if a proof was not sent and subsequently approved. If a proof was sent and subsequently approved, NO refund will be approved except for a damaged/defective product (non-approved draft was used, etc.).
Shipping
We ship only to all 50 US States, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico. We currently do NOT ship internationally, including Canada or Mexico.
We offer free, standard shipping on all products in our store. Free shipping is only valid for ground transportation to the lower 48 states and the District of Columbia. Expedited shipping to the lower 48 states and District of Columbia may be purchased at regular rate. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be charged on all shipments to those destinations.
Because many of our products are made-to-order, order fulfillment can take up to 5 business days, with the majority of orders being completed and shipped within 3 days. During times of abnormally high demand, lead times may be extended. Lead times only include the time from the order placement to the time the item is ready to ship. Actual shipping times will depend on the shipper and level of service you have chosen.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. All shipping dates are the estimated average travel time it takes the respective shipper to complete the delivery. We are not responsible for shipment delays once the shipment is in the shippers possession.
